Markelle Fultz: THE Number One Pick

There has been so much doubt in Markelle ever since his injury that kept him out for majority of the season. That doubt remains prominent in the minds of many so-called “Sixers fans.” In my opinion, being a true Sixers fan means having faith in each player as well as the team as a whole, Markelle Fultz included. The kid is only 20 years old, a McDonald’s All-American, FIBA MVP and an All-Pac 12 First Team member at Washington. I refuse to believe anything but success for this kid in the long run and absolute assurance that he will return and show everyone why he was the number one pick. We have heard nothing but praise and respect from Drew Hanlen this summer regarding Fultz. There is no doubt in my mind that Markelle will return with absolute vengeance this season.
